Somebody had mentioned before that the bill will probably come around Thanksgivingish and be due around the middle of Dec.
Anybody know how to get field passes? Don't really care much but I know my son would love to be on the field to watch the players warm up.
They always invoice you earlier than you expect them to. That's the best I can do. Mid-Decemberish sounds right. If we can smell the playoffs, the invoice is on your doorstep. If you are looking for a pattern or specific trigger, there is none. I suppose if we're 11-3 or so, you will see an invoice. Even 10-4 maybe. The invoice will expect you to pay for the entire enchilada, as if we have already achieved the final games necessary... multiple games usually. You have to pay by a certain date in full. If one or all of the games are not played, you can either elect to put it toward next year's invoice or receive a refund.
They do auctions for honorary captain, you go out to midfield for the toss and you have field passes. Obviously no autographs though, it's done on the NFL charity auction site.
Sounds exactly correct to me. I think the cost was like 13B like in billions & it is doubtful that NYC has 13 cents to spend on a tunnel no less 13 billion :jets:
Ok thanks! My son kept on asking about field passes and now coaches club seats after seeing the players throw out their gear to the fans last game. I won't be spending $1400 for 2 CC seats so I guess field passes are my best bet lol.
with the cold rain coming on a thanksgiving Thursday night, prices are crashing on stubhub. With two days to go, upper sideline are already down to $36/ticket: http://www.stubhub.com/new-york-jets-tickets/jets-vs-bengals-new-meadowlands-stadium-957270/ lowers start at 90
I get the feeling we are going to see a pretty empty Stadium on Thursday Night. hopefully we never get a Thanksgiving game again.
I happen to think all Thursday night games, Thanksgiving or otherwise are a crock. I can do without them. Rather have another Sunday game, but that's just me.
This week Rex is going to ask fans to merely just arrive at the game since it appears people are bailing already. Dress warm friends who are attending. I am forced to work and am sitting this one out. We all remember the Denver game from 2 years back right?
I was having a Thanksgiving tailgate that game too with my tailgate crew. This time bringing along the rest of the family who may kill me after Thursday.
Not a jinx because as a team with 8 wins by Thanksgiving you automatically get a playoff invoice. 2 years ago I remember we were also discussing how we just got our invoices while tailgating during the Broncos monsoon. Shitty part was we dropped 4 out of 5 after that discussion
Great Design Here is a good one. The front door in the Upper deck bathroom swings opens to the left, right into the stall for the handicap, so you can't open the stall door unless you ask people to move so you can close the front door first. If the front door was to open to the right, it would get in the way of people waiting for a urinal. I notcied it while waiting to take a piss and me and this complete stranger just looked at each other and laughed. Great design fellas
Yup I got mine. Divisional Round Upper Deck Seat: $130 a ticket Lower End Zone PSL: $160 a ticket Conference Championship Upper Deck Seat: $145 a ticket Lower End Zone PSL: $175 a ticket Do you think they would let us drop one location for the playoffs? I really don't want to buy the upper deck seats. Just want the PSL location.
I'm with you. I'm ok w/ the opener honoring the champs from the year before but the rest of the thursday slate is silly especially since the games are on NFLN and many people do not get NFLN.
I have both. Getting rid of non-PSL if I cant upgrade them to sidelines between 30 yard lines next year.
