I think the only one I may have gotten wrong was who holds the record for most consecutive games w/ a sack. The obvious answer would have been gastineau or Abe but I believe the answer is Ellis I a just not 100% sure. he had a long streak a few years back.

Gastineau has like 20+ games with a sack I think. Ellis isn't even close.

 

It shows Gastineau's longest streak was 6 games(remember, the sack wasn't an official stat until '82 so it doesn't count early in his career) while Ellis' longest was 11(end of '02 through mid '03)

 

Unless I read it wrong it said consecutive games w/ a sack.

You realize those #s aren't consecutive, right? that list shows the same as NFL.com, 6 was his longest streak. if half sacks do not count then Ellis' streak goes down to 8 games- still better than 6.

It's definitely confusing on the PFR site.

I didn't look up Abe or Klecko but I think it's ellis b/c I remember that streak he had.

 

I went with Gastineau, but I wasn't sure if it was correct or not.
