white, wayne, holmes for sure. Andre isn't going to do a whole lot. at best maybe 60 yards and 4 or 5 receptions. Steven jackson, AP, and i guess it's a coin flip between foster and greene. I think foster will have better numbers but out of principal i usually don't start guys against the jets unless it's a must lol.
I need to start 3 RBs. Matt Forte vs MIA Arian Foster vs NYJ Ryan Mathews vs DEN Beanie Wells vs KC Javarris James vs NE Really torn. Not totally sold on any of them for this week.
Can't sit Foster obviously, but after that it's a little tougher. Of those choices I would go with Forte and Wells as your RB2 and RB3, but if any of the following are available FAs in your league I would plug them in for Beanie Wells depending on his health come Sunday; Keiland Williams McGahee Snelling Forsett Mike Goodson
Mike Williams (SEA) at NO Marshawn Lynch (SEA) at NO Wes Welker (NE) vs IND I don't like any, but I'm leaning toward crappy Welker. EDIT: Forget that, I picked up Felix Jones, I'll play him.
I, like many other Jets fans, am considering benching Andre Johnson this week for his trip to Revis Island. Should I actually pull the trigger? Pick two WR: Andre Johnson vs. Jets Dwayne Bowe vs. Arizona Mike Wallace vs. Oakland
I would say that it's real tough to sit down AJ, but you have two options that are on fire right now. I'd worry about Asomugha vs. Wallace though, might want to look into how other #1 WRs have been doing against Oakland this year (don't know if they play Aso on the #1 all game like the Jets do either). Bowe has to play after he ate people last week. My question, do I risk leaving Antonio Gates in and hope he's healthy by Monday night, or go with Todd Heap on Sunday vs. Carolina? If I wait for Gates and he's a no go, I could always pick up Randy McMichael
PPR League Pick 1(QB) Michael Vick vs NYG Aaron Rodgers vs Minn Pick 2 (WR) Braylon Edwards vs Houston Chad Ochocinco vs Buffalo Santonio Holmes vs Houston Deion Branch vs Indy Patrick Crayton vs Denver Mike Thomas vs Cleveland Mike Williams(Sea) vs New Orleans Pick 1 (Flex) Brandon Jackson vs Minn an unpicked WR from above
Personally I have Gates, so I picked up McMichael because our waivers close sunday. Didn't want to have to decide Sunday on gates and I think McMichael as the backup in SD is as good as any other waiver option at this point
Your QB problem is a great one to have, you really can't go wrong either way, I'd go Rodgers myslef your WR group is a bit lacking, (personally I might move one of your qbs in a deal that upgrades this group) but with what you have now I'd start Holmes for sure, and probably Ocho for the second Flex, either Jackson, Branch, Edwards To make it easier I would not go with Crayton - put up low points even with Gates and Floyd out Thomas - unless someone else is going to swat a hail mary td pass into his hands Williams - Sea should be throwing alot, but Sharper is a monster at safety, wouldn't be as bad a play as the other 2 I listed
I have to start two WR's...which two do I pick? Jennings (at Min) B. Edwards (Hou) Garcon (at NE) L. Moore (Sea) Jennings is probably an automatic but Garcon's been such a downer for me all year I'm leaning more towards Braylon for Sunday in my WR2 spot. I've had terrible WR play other than Jennings this year so I'll take any advice possible.
I have been trying to trade one of my QB's, but my league is full of pussies and don't understand you have to give up value to get value. I also have Desean Jackson at WR who I left out because of the obvious start. mike Thomas had 80 yards receiving before the Td hail mary, but I get what you're saying.
Heres a good one. This is for one of my free leagues. Arian Foster vs NYJ Peyton Hillis vs. Jax Mendenhall vs. Oak Benson vs. Buf pick 2 And yes these really are my options.
I'd say you have to play Johnson. When the Jets are up by 60 at halftime they'll play the backups which should give Johnson plenty of chances to score.
Need 2 RBs, who should I start? Cedric Benson (against buffalo) Ray Rice (against Carolina) Peyton Hillis (against Jacksonville)
