My money's on an anal bleaching/bikini waxing appointment. Lucky for Tom his beard can pick him up and help him get into bed while he recovers from those procedures.

Interesting when your chief divisional rival's message board has a thread about your star QB missing one portion of one day of practice. Which also happened for the same reasons last week, BTW.

Despite the front-runner attitude you guys are all clearly scared shitless that the Jets are gonna blow this, huh?

I was terrified when you scored 14 on our defense that was missing 3 starters.

Also upset we only scored 28, but Holmes should add to that total.

2 Words come to mind, you pick the order. Fuck, and Off.

Well they're now 30th in pass D, and 18th in rush D, obviously that is huge for them.

I believe they were 31st in pass D 2 weeks ago, scary thought them being 30th now. Just think of what BB can do with that.

Oh and 29th in total D, out of 32 that really isn't that bad ya know. LMAO

Those are in yards allowed. This is the best defense they've had since '07 I don't care how many yards they give up, they get big 3rd down stops, are really good at making teams settle for 3 even after getting into the red zone, and they create turnovers once in awhile in big spots. This defense might be giving up more yards than before but it gets big stops when it counts and makes big plays, that's what matters.

Pats are 32nd in the league in 3rd down conversion percentage on defense.

HUGE difference. Night and day. Most of you guys are having fun with the Jets' current run and are following Rex's lead with the smack and bravado. But your over-confidence is kind of belied by an uneasiness.

And of course Pats fans are looking forward to the rematch, just like last year.

I'm not saying that they are suddenly the 2000 Ravens but from watching every game this year I know that number is deceiving. Take the night they beat Dolphins 41-14. The Dolphins were 10-15 on 4th down and got 400 yards of total offense. But they won because players on defense forced big turnovers with Chung blocking two kicks and then getting a pick 6. They force turnovers and get the occasional third down stop when it really matters. This defense has been able to bend but not break a lot.

Classy as always there, kiddo. Your misguided aggression = I win.

Then it's probably really going to hurt when the Patriots beat the Jets in December and win the division. Again.

Do they give out Super Bowl trophies based on league offensive/defensive rankings? I didn't know that. It must be new.

See, now that's good smack. Well done, sir.

It not like they're in the bottom half of the league at 20th or something. They are last in the league. They allow 1 more 3rd down conversion per 9 plays than the Jets, for example.

I mean, if you're happy with being last, good for you I guess.
