Ok guys, half the season gone and everyone has had it's bye week... who makes the play-offs this year?

    East: Jets (12-4), Patriots (12-4).

I'm not sure who'll win the division but I see both teams finishing with an 11-5 record at worst... which will be good for a wild-card spot.

    North: Ravens (12-4), Steelers (10-6)

Same as above. The Steelers might finish 10-6 which would put them in a battle with the Titans and Chargers for that last WC spot.

    South: Colts (11-5)

    P. Manning is just too good and I'm not a VY believer... although the Titans have a shot at playing for that last wild card spot.

    West: Raiders (9-7)

That division sucks... the Chargers have a shot with their stars coming back but the fact the Raiders are perfect (for now) in the division gives them the edge. Also they match up well vs the Chargers. I see both teams finishing at 9-7...

    Wild card
--> One will go to whoever finishes second in our division (I'm guessing 11-5) the other one will be a battle between the Steelers, Titans and Chargers.
I'm not a Chiefs believer (at least for this year).

It really sucks that someone from the AFCW will get to host a home game against either NE or one of the AFCN teams.

Agreed... the home games should be based on the record, not the finish within a division.

In the NFC west a team might win that division with an 8-8 mark -.-"

Yeah it's kinda fucked up that last year we went 9-7 and were the fifth seed, and this year we could go 12-4...and be the fifth seed.

The only prediction i'll add to my picks is the Pats and Jets will have the best records in the NFL and one will be a wild-card team.

Christian that bastard lol..I was wondering who his other is...

Anyway although I want the best seed possible obviously, I wouldn't be flying off the handle if we were the #5WC. Why is this? Well we would get probably the easiest game of the playoffs in the AFC, a game we should and likely would win. We are not good coming off byes so would the 1st round bye really help us that much? Plus, we've been better on the road this year anyway...

That being said I still want the 1st round bye.

Brownies catch the Stillers, control their destiny with 2 weeks to go beat Pitt, Baltimore has nothing to play for week 16, Cleveland has a dream comeback season.

Meh... Ravens will be playing for home field advantage... they would've had a good situation if they hadn't lost to us. I could see them win out until week 16 though... and after that who knows.

That is a ridiculous list of teams. I did: Jets, Pats, Ravens, Steelers, Colts, and Chargers.

I'll post an NFC poll for the lulz

One reason the Jets will win the division=perfect record vs. All division rivals up to this point

I feel like the wild-cards in the AFC are already locked up with the Jets/Pats and Steelers/Ravens non-division winners. The AFC is really tough this year; add in the Colts and that's five really good teams, maybe the five best teams in the NFL.

Is it crazy to say I would rather the jets not get a bye week....shotty seems horrible with making game plans with extra time to think about it

How does the AFC West hardly get any votes? ONE of those teams will make it, you know.
