yes! this guy is on 1050 and 660 all day. at work i listen to the radio and man Ira will switch from station to station waiting for the call-in times and just calls and talks about the jets. he sounds like a good guy and all but damn Ira, do something with your life.

ira goes to every jet game. he travels with the team on the road. if he has the money you can't blame him. does anyone know what he does for a living or is he retired?
He's an old guy, so I'll guess he's retired. He lives on Staten Island. I've never heard anything but nice things about those who have met him and report on it. He's always respectful on the radio too. I do believe he's seen it all too.
You can post here and be doing work in other windows, then just check back on the threads. That's less time consuming than sitting on hold for two hours to talk for ten seconds and then go "yeah, of course you're right, Mike." Any time I hear the name Rondell White I think of him. That's a great difference between a guy like Francesa and Somers. Francesa is too important and won't put him on, Somers made Jerome his own little Twilight Zone intro and has fun with him. That intro is hilarious, too, although a lot of Somers' shtick is kind of tired.
If I had that kind of time and money I'd go to the games at least, I go to the home games now and I'm broke as hell. Instead of calling WFAN I'd be here more. Yes, more.
Jerome was on the Francesser show multiple times, but it has probably been 6 or 7 years since I heard Jerome on the Francesser show. Numerous times I heard Francesser call Jerome "certifiable."
