Pennington said Henne was "teary-eyed" when they talked after the decision. This shit just gets better and better.
Hilariously enough, a lot of people are speculating that the Dolphins are using Pennington as a bridge to giving Tyler Thigpen the starting job. When will Miami finally realize that you need a QB to succeed in the modern NFL?
Dumb move. You gotta let a young QB fight through the adversity, starting Pennington does nothing for their future. But always nice to see the Fins in turmoil. Hopefully Henne never recovers from this.
That's what I don't get. I can't imagine Parcells is behind this. Henne has shown some great skills, all though when needed to step-up he hasn't. Sanchez has had his bumps and bruises and I'd hope that our fanbase would be furious if he were benched. Henne has had a pick in every game since they played us but also had 2 3 pick games, the others were just 1 each. Maybe this being his 3rd year they had expected more. Who actually made this decision?
Good for Chad. Always was a class act. Bad for Phags. Never will be the QB he could have been. FU Brandon Short.
Don't forget about what Rex did to him in the playoffs when with Baltimore, His D feasted on a QB who could only throw it short!
Yeah..Because he knows Tenn is the dirtiest team in the league. The Phins F.O. should be sending memoes to the NFL all week, so the Zebras get the correct marching orders.
Fair enough, when I saw the report that he'd "cleaned out his office", I assumed he'd left his position. Nevertheless, this move probably had little to do with BP.
What the fuck is Henne crying about? Pennington is one hit away from a ride on the cart....his vagina forehead won't be on the sideline for long.
