It turned out to be huge for the Jets. Instead of tying the game with 0:00 left on the clock, they would have tied the game with :15s on the clock (bare with my hypothetical here) and would have kicked back to the Lions. The Lions kick returner is a home run waiting to happen. So that SNAFU turned out to favor the Jets even though it was bogus.
He probably won't mention the Jets today. He no longer discusses them at all, he tries to act like they don't exist. When someone calls about the Jets he just like patiently answers and then moves on.
Yeah he didn't give the Jets ANY credit for winning. He said that Sanchez played poorly and didn't mention the 4th quarter and OT at all.

Not true. Sanchez spiked the ball with 4 seconds left and thats why the clock expired. If they had the 15 seconds extra, he could've just spiked it 15 seconds later...
Or with 15 seconds left they spike it and take another shot at the end zone and potentially end it in regulation.
Sanchez also could have fumbled the ball again and lost it...that's why I said bare with my hypothetical because within the hypothetical there's an infinite amount of outcomes.
