Was thinking the same thing. Spending the whole game jumping into the pile to deliver late hits & some cheap hits or WR without ball & Sanchez ... the karma bounces back & Lions are the one w/ injuries. Playing tough not equal to playing dirty.
Hes not really trolling, stating his opinion on the topic of the thread and is actually right about those two plays being legal.
I don't get the DLF hate, he's been a pretty reasonable poster. Of course he's going to see things differently than we do.
Yea exactly, I actually agree with him on this though. Besides, we cant control how other teams play. I could care less how dirty a team chooses to play as long as the refs do their job when the rule really is broken.
DLF has been a solid poster here. He spends his time defending his team in this post and all of a sudden he's a troll?
one thing to disgruntledlionsfans defense, hits to the knees are legal if the defender isn't being stood up by another offensive player. That shit really needs to change. Don't matter if it's the Lions, Jets, or any team in the NFL. Considering how you can't damn sneeze on a qb now, there's got to be some rule about blocking @ the knees.
Take a hike! Disgruntled; if you can't man up and admit that your team played dirty, then why bother admitting your even a fan? And a fan who is posting on A JETS fan page! Is it cause you got banned for being a no knowledge Lion bag over the head fan?
Seriously? Read before you post much? Any fan can post on here BTW, loyalty to a certain team isnt required.
Funny how that works out, I was thinking during the game it's no coincidence the Lions coach worked with Fisher for years since they were getting chippy and trying to draw us into fights the way the Titans did to the Giants earlier this year.
I was going to stay regardless. I didn't join just for this game. You're really of no importance to me. Especially if you can't actually discuss the game or plays involved. Or NFL rules. BTW, that bit about taking the loss like a man was the dumbest shit I've read today.
No they don't. The "cream" usually rises to the top in the playoffs and although the stakes are higher, the mutual respect teams have for each other pretty much rules out the petty bs that not so good teams try to get away with. When overmatched by talent, play dirty. Mantra of losers.. Like I said. Karma is a cast iron bitch and I can't wait until Stafford, Suh or some other notable Lion gets IR'd.
Stafford is a pussy. Lions were definitely playing very dirty today but that's football. The Vanden Bosch (sp.) play on Sanchez where he was twisting Sanchez' lousy knee was BS and I hope he gets his soon. Bitch.
Having a discussion is more than ranting about toasting injuries, telling other people to man up and then asking them to leave. I don't think I posted anything inflammatory or worthy of that response, but I don't really care, though.
