Buster Posey is going to be a special player, that kid has some serious talent. I think Fatty is as dumb as the next guy but you guys sound just as dumb as he is when you trash everything he says even if it is accurate.
In his defense Posey has been highly touted since he was in the minors. Between he and the pitching staff as well as their CF they shape up to have a pretty good team in the next few seasons. What's amazing is a guy who hit over .350 last year Sandoval wasn't even involved in any way shape or form. He had a sophomore slump but he could also contribute next year. Looks like the Phils will have some competition in the NL for the next few years.

Disagree. Close games are a time to look at the first 55 minutes. Prediction- Tonight Francessa will talk about a pretty stout defense that kept a pretty inept offense in the game until the end. And then they got a little luck (late hit out of bounds, terrible clock management by Detroit) and showed some fortitude and pulled it out. He'll also tip his hat and say good teams find a way to win games like that. Then he'll say that the reality is, if we play like we did today against a top flight team, we lose. All of which is true. And I like the fact that he sounds like he's from New York.
