I was thinking the same thing. Good for me, Santana Moss' fantasy stock instantly goes up!

Could you imagine being a Vikings fan and being so excited that Moss was back that you bought a brand new Moss jersey. I wonder how that guy is feeling right about now

I can't read through this whole thread, but is anyone here defending Moss?

The guy is a great player, but a clown. I know Brad Childress sucks and all. I never cared for the guy. I also do not care for the Vikings. So it's sort of funny that Childress and Favre and the Vikings have to deal with nonsense. That said, Moss went over the line here, right? He's blowing Belichick and Brady after the game and trashing his own team. I mean, you can't make it up.

Right now I'm battling with a Randy Moss lover (who used to be a Raiders fan but converted to the Vikings 2 years ago:rolleyes:) right now via text messaging. The guy is defending Moss like crazy. It is tough to take. I haven't seen this particular guy this fired up over the NFL in a decade.

Ummm. Was that a half-ass effort of a response to my post or was it a quarter-ass one?

Yeah, I agree. Moss is greater than Childress. Moss will be a Hall of Famer. Childress will not be a Hall of Fame coach. But that's not what I'm talking about here.

Well, at least Jaworski agreed with me (and I'm hoping and assuming others at TGG earlier in this thread, as well).

Unbelievable. Now the guy says he might go back to being a Raiders fan!!!!!!!!!!!

"I might have to jump back on the raider bandwagon, 59 last week and win by 30 this week?! What the fuck?"

Cakes I went on the record saying I don't know why the Vikings were trading for a guy they know first hand has issues.

Taking plays off, blame him, blame her, endless media rants, Moss never stopped. Why did Minny think he would change or that Childress of all coaches would tame him?

    Idiots.

    Kudos to you.

I was simply thrilled he was off the Patriots roster. At the time of the trade, I don't think I thought too much about the part where he goes to Minnesota and plays under Brad Childress.

31 teams have a chance to claim him before he could go to the Pats. I'm sure that precludes any type of tampering.

That said, the Pats aren't taking him back. Gonna give some money to Mankins though, I suspect.

I don't see it. I don't think they want him back.

The Vikings are going to win 4 games this yr and Jackson won't be able to get moss the ball. This was a situation that was going to blow up. I think this was the only choice the vikes had since they can't trade him.

I posted that thinking since he was a vet he would be free to go where he wants. My mistake.

As long as he doesn't end up in MIA or NE I don't really care where he goes. Preferably the NFC though, obviously.
