tank was the #1 revis backer in sports. that's about all he gives the jets credit for. at least he admitted today he has barely talked about the jets of late. that'll change quickly if the jets lost sunday. all jets 1-6 monday-friday next week.

He considered Revis slightly overhyped until the holdout when he suddenly believed all the great Revis press as an excuse to bash the Jets.
I'm the biggest Mike basher in the world but from the first New England game of last season onwards, he never considered Revis overhyped. He constantly referred to him as the best cover corner in the league. He said shit like "he's played the position bettah than anyone has since Deon Sandahs"
And he did single out Revis after he looked less than 100 percent after the holdout, saying that he was "riskin da legend of Revis" or some such shit.
It's a love/hate thing with Tank for me. On one hand, he can give you spurts of good talk radio. On the other, he can make you cringe with his obvious bias. At least he gave Brad Smith his props a few days ago. It's funny how the ratio of Giant to Jet talk the Monday after both teams play is like 10:1.

Fatty is blasting Fox and not Cablevision on the standoff this Sunday. He is saying that while Cablevision is usually the culprit, it has agreed to binding arbitration to resolve the dispute by Sunday and Fox is not agreeing to binding arbitration. "So who is holding this up now?" he asks. "Usually the pahty who wants to get it resolved is the one who agrees to aahbitration, but Fox is saying they don't want aahbitration. What do they have to feah if they-ah aahgument is legit?" I agree with him on this. IT'll be a damned shame if the Jets fgame is not televised on Sunday afternoon, and the blame goes to whoever doesn't want binding arbitration to get it resolved.
It's a damn shame that I'm gonna watch this Jets game on my 15.4 inch laptop screen and using a fuzzy ass stream that may or may not go out.
