I'm thinking of listening on radio while I work in the yard. I know that sucks, but it should be a nice day.
UD tix are available at ticketmaster at face plus ticketmaster fees turn off the stupid tube and grab a seat in the beautiful new stadium on what is supposed to be a beautiful sunny afternoon
Antenna sucks.I used to have it cuz my parents were cheap. The signal thing used to me on top of the World Trade Centers, after the towers fell I had no TV for months all I got was a shitty signal from some where else.
CANCEL YOUR CABLEVISION!!! They will make you an offer....if not then get one of these: With an HDTV, you will get all your Local Channels in HD for FREEEEEEEEEEEE..... You can do it.
I watched the World Series last night at a friends with an antenna like pictured above. On a 55 inch HDTV. The signal was top notch. This friend tried to tell me the picture quality is better because the cable providers compress the image so they can broadcast it to you. Makes sense i guess. The game cut out once or twice, but not bad.
I'd be pissed if I wasn't going to the game, but I wouldn't switch providers, I'd probably watch it at a bar. The only thing I ever watch on fox is football, it's not worth the hassle of switching to be able to watch the Giants or baseball in fox's shitty picture quality.
Better yet, buy one at Best Buy and return it within 30 days. If it's not back by then it will never be back.
You forgot one... 3) Go the game In this dispute it seems as though Fox are the bad guys, but I never trust Cablevision. Since I moved to cablevision-land in 2001 I've had everything but - Dish Network, Direct TV, and now Fios. The Dolans are always pulling crap like this, even if this time it seems Fox might be to blame. I heard a caller on WFAN yesterday say he went to RadioShack to buy an antenna but they were sold-out. The store manager claimed Cablevision bought them all. If that's true, then they are really being a-holes. I wouldn't put it past them.
Also Antena is FUZZY as hell. like you don't understand unless you have dealt with it for years. its litteraly fuzzy, like white dots everywhere idk hard to explain just horrible.
Sorry dude, You have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about. Fuzzy left w/ NTSC HDTV is ATSC which means no fuzzyness. Hence the reason if you have an HDTV (w/tuner built in)you get pure crisp & clear HDTV
Oh cablevision, so glad I switched to DirecTV a few years back, haven't had any problems since. I still can't believe that to this day they still don't have nfl network, and that alone is enough to keep me away. No Fox either? No thanks.
