He added that the villain "won't be the Riddler." "We'll use many of the same characters as we have all along, and we'll be introducing some new ones," Nolan said cryptically. He also said that the studio has agreed with him not to shoot the film in 3D. There's Lucius Fox and the guy that says, "No, man. I don't like it tonight." Oh, and the little kid from the first one during the scene where everyone's tripping out and the bad cop played by Mark Boone Jr pulls a gun. That's about it.
I was actually hoping for the Riddler because the one thing I think Nolan's movies have missed (and they have been the best Batman movies ever) is the detective aspect of the Batman. Also, thank you GOD for not fucking the movie up by making it in 3D!!!!!!!
Tom Hardy has supposedly been cast to play the villain. You guys should know him as Eames the Forger from Inception.
Commissioner Loeb too. But he died. Haha. Yeah, I thought he could play a good Riddler. Now I am not sure who he will be.
No reason to assume he will even be a bad guy. I heard some people guess he could play Detective Bullock. That would be pretty cool too.
Tom Hardy is a great actor , guy was a fucking alcoholic mess 6 years ago but has really got his shit together. I love Christopher Nolan , all his films are epic masterpieces of modern cinema. Memento was unbelievable and he has got better . I still say Inception will be wathced in 200 years and people will shake their heads in disbelief at his genius
Im going with my top 3 guess for who will be the villain in the movie - The Ventriloquist & Scarface Mister Freeze Two Face and if a chick is hired as rumored I'd say either : Harley Quinn or Poison Ivy.
Two Face is more than likely dead. I can't see Nolan using Mr. Freeze as his villain either. A lot of people want it to be Killer Croc, but I just don't think Nolan will make his villain that over the top. It has to be someone like Black Mask or Dr. Hugo Strange.
