As a Jet fan, you always have to love comments like this:

"The Packers' already suspect run defense, which allowed 196 yards Sunday night to the Minnesota Vikings, is hurting. Ryan Pickett (ankle) went out early in the game and Cullen Jenkins, Kris' brother, hurt his calf in the pre-game warmups and didn't play. The Packers' front three consisted of B.J. Raji (65 out of 68 snaps), free agent Jarius Wynn and rookie C.J. Wilson. Could be a big day for LaDainian Tomlinson & Co."

Funny how things work in the NFL: Packers' #1 run D from a year ago can't stop the run and our vaunted pass D has been carved up. Matthews vs. Woody kind of scares me, we should double that guy injury or no injury.

At least if Woody gets beat Sanchez will be able to protect himself.

Those last three bullet points tell me this game should be a win.

If the Jets do what they do best they'll be okay. Get away from it and it'll be a long game.

If the Jets return to their no turnover ways, they should win this game.

The Jets have let up the fewest sacks in the league, as well as the least QB hits.

So it's the best OL in the game versus...Clay Mathews.

I call it a wash

That's what we heard about the Broncos' defense too.

I'm sure Rex has prepared something special for Mathews. I'd say a few how do you do's from Conner might be dialed up.

That's the beauty of carrying to FB's, Conner can go out and destroy a motherfucker then we just send T-Rich in to follow up.

the Jets are going to destroy another NFC pretender on Sunday

the best team in the NFC (lets say Giants just for argument) would be behind the Jets, Steelers, Ravens, Patriots and probably the Colts and Dolphins if they played in the AFC.

The fins are around the 12th best team in the league.

The giants are higher than that.

How their run D performed this season doesn't necessarily mean we're going to run all over them on Sunday. The Broncos had a terrible run D, and we barely got over 100 yards.

We averaged 4.3 yards per carry against them. Had we continued running the ball instead of passing on first downs, we would have had much more.

That's because Sanchez threw the ball 30 times and almost always on first down.

I never realized Cullen Jenkins was Kris' brother, unless that is some sort of joke.

I still expect Matthews to get busted for some sort of PED.

Since Holmes has gotten back into the mix the Jets don't run as much anymore so I'm not so sure its going to be the Jets running all over the Pack.
