One question: Why wasn't Clay Matthews flagged for 15 yards? I mean, are the players allowed to take their helmet off on their own volition while on the field? I've seen so many bullshit Personal Foul calls after TD celebration solely based on the "Do not take the helmet off" joke.
Every time he limps I always feel like he exaggerate how bad he's hurting. I feel like he's always seeking an excuse. I bet that hobble wasn't even necessary. Or maybe I'm just too damn cynical.
Lol is Favre taking a lap on his gimpy leg or is it me? He is walking around quite a bit for a disabled ARP dude.
Interesting topic. RBs who were arguably the key reason why a team won a title. I'd probably include John Riggins in 1982. His playoff performance that year was truly great. "Supersonic Steve" in '48 and '49 makes the list, too. I think Steve Van Buren was the key to the Eagles consecutive league championships.
He was walking in circles in between plays just to make sure everyone in the stadium knew he was hurt.
Nice honesty, guys! Obviously I did too or I wouldn't have said it. Regarding the limp, it is possible that once the game ended and the adrenaline stopped pumping it would become more painful. Or he's just a drama queen.
I believe there is a rule whereby a player can remove his helmet to adjust his hair if he has a girly hairdo.
Good AFC East vs. NFC North games next week: (4-3) Packers at (5-1) Jets (2-4) Vikings at (5-1) Patriots.
