I haven't been able to get that out of a Ravens fan yet down here. They still insist their team is the best in teh NFL.

There's something really ironic about any fan, player, or writer covering the Ravens to call anyone else a whiner.

It's never their fault when they lose.

Still and all, I wouldn't mind seeing the Ravens mash the Patriots again in the playoffs. That was a lot of fun.

The problem is that the "once" was a much bigger game than all the others.

The Patriots hold a 6-0 edge in regular season games, but the Ravens hold a 1-0 edge in the postseason.

Can't blame the Pats for the Ravens inability to get there more often.

You can't really say that because since Tom Brady entered the league the Ravens have made 6 playoff appearances to New England's 7.

The Pats got to the AFC Championship game 6 times and never played the Ravens (before last year) which means the Ravens weren't good enough to get a shot at the Pats in those seasons.

Whatever.... Ravens (Lewis and Suggs especially) are the biggest babies when they lose in the NFL...

Come on CJ you and I both know that the Ravens never lose games. The refs and the NFL steal games away from them.

The refs let the D hold up that Bills receiver for a good 5 seconds without blowing the whistle today so Lewis could strip the ball. I doubt they talked about it much at the post game press conference though....

In fairness, a number of Bills O-men hit the huddle hard trying to create additional forward momentum - they can't then complain that the play should have been blown dead before Lewis stripped.

The Bills weren't complaining. My point was the Ravens portray themselves as victims of an unfair NFL constantly, when their opponents have been flagged more penalties than any other team.

I'd bet the farm lewis would have been crying loud if the ref's HAD blown the whistle just before he stripped the ball!
