You mean this is not a hockey thread? sorry....nice catch. In all honesty while I'm not a Yankee fan, I do envy them for how they want to win at all cost. I know as a Met fan, they tried to spend money it just did not work out for them the last couple of years. However you have to give the Rangers credit, Nolan Ryan built this team the way playoff teams are meant to be built, guy's who can hit with runners on base and the occasional home run to bury the opposition and last but not least pitching. This Yankee team have had their opportunities they have not made them count, the Rangers on the other hand have. I don't know if you guy's will agree with me but this team was on the verge of a letdown last year if it were not for A-Rod, this year they just don't have the player to come through as big as he did last year. It's still not over.
