He fails to mention the refs sandbagging the crap out of us for most of the game.... This reminds me of more than one "magical" win the Saints got last season.

Yeah after I read that it felt like we watched a different game.

Holmes catches that ball if the db doesn't tug on his face mask.

Does anyone have a punching bag that they can paste a picture of Rich Cimini to? I sure would like to use that as my avatar.

Why would anyone who knows anything about football allow themselves to be bothered by Rich Cimini?

Oh and also Rex is handling revis right. He looked fine out there today . He doesn't need rest he needs to get out there and prove to himself that the hammy can hold up. Once he trusts it again he will be able to go all out and play at an all pro level again.

Revis looked pretty good today, certainly better than last week. Cimini is an abortion of a sports writer.

That got me to, he rips Revis for giving up 66 yards and a TD but one sentence later says that the TD wasn't a TD. How can somebody publish something clearly lacking in facts?

I love how he says it was a gift from the refs, really because it was a pretty clear PI. A gift from the Bronco's I'd buy but a gift from the refs sounds like sour grapes.

I love the omission of how Weatherford twice pinned them inside the 10 and the Broncos went 3 and out both times. Guess he was grabbing some of the free grub in the press box when that happened.

  9. He's anti-Jets. His bosses at ESPN hired him for just that reason. They are happy.

ANYONE who says that call was a gift from the officials, or even insinuates that the officials helped the Jets, is just blinded by bias.

Cimni is a pessimistic asshole. I have no idea how he even got his job. I used to enjoy going to ESPNNewYork.com and reading the articles on this team when it first launched over the summer, but as time went on I realized how negative this guy is. Every once in a while he'll write something surprisngly half-way decent but most of his articles have some sort of negative tone to it and I hate it. I looked very quickly for a link to his email so I could write to him but couldn't find anything. If anyone has it please post that bitch.

The comment section of that article on espn.com was classic. There was about 50 comments trashing him. They pulled them all down.

    From another website...what a tool:

    He changed the article

    from

    Rich Cimini --

It was a fourth-down heave by Mark Sanchez, and it probably would’ve been incomplete, but Hill grazed Santonio Holmes' facemask. It was a highly questionable call.

    to

It came down to one play -- a 46-yard pass-interference penalty on Renaldo Hill. It was a fourth-down heave by Mark Sanchez, and it probably would’ve been incomplete, but Hill snagged Santonio Holmes' facemask.

It was the first fourth-quarterback comeback win of Sanchez’ career.

    Huh?

Gift from the officials? HAHAHAHA! It was the right call. How about the multiple gifts the Broncos received?

Jets were lucky but in Cimini's world, no need to
Mention all of the totally ludicrous calls that let the Broncos drive down the field.

    Guy is a uberdouche.

Wow - So I guess Cimini had no problem with the officiating except for the grabbed face mask Holmes got on that 4th down pass from Sanchez huh?

Holy hell, what game did this douche watch?
