    I really enjoyed this-

"This team is far from a juggernaut, but it has perfected a winning formula. The Jets have become like the New England Patriots of 2001 and 2003, a mature team that rarely beats itself and figures out how to win with a play or two in the fourth quarter. The Jets have more playmakers on offense than those early championship teams in New England, but you get the drift."

It appears that Rex is achieving is goal for this year, to just produce a winning team. What do we want to lead the league in? Fuckin WINS!!

It's either Sega of Japan, Soldiers of Justice, Staff of Jesus(his wiener), States of Jersey, Soliders of Jersey, or finally Smelly Old Jam.

I agree. I don't think any team can be considered a "juggernaut" when they have a sophomore quarterback at the helm. Winning is all that matters in the end.

Save O.J. We all believe he is still innocent here.

The feeling that I/we will have whenever the Jets win a Superbowl will be indescribable. I literally don't know how I will react once it's declared that they are Superbowl champions.

This article gives me great hope.

We'll all be at the edge of our seats waiting for the clock to run down to 0, then it'll happen and we go crazy for 2 minutes. After that, we'll calm down and think, "WTF.. I endured decades of hell.. for THAT." Then we'll complain that we should have won by more or something and the team plane will crash into the gulf of mexico with no survivors.

Either that or it'll be unparalleled awesomeness.

    No one believes he's innocent.

Smart people know he's not guilty.

You left out the residual joy of spending the following season hearing ...and this week, the 'XXXXXXXX...take on the Super Bowl Champion New York Jets"

I remember the Giants/Patriots Superbowl, and being so happy that NE lost and did not go 19-1. I went outside my house, and then realized it was the Giants who just won the SB, and not the Jets. Cars were driving by with Giants flags, screams heard from afar in celebration. Obviously all Giants fans, I went back into a depression knowing it wasn't my team winning the SB that season.

It was the opposite for me, I drove home and laughed at all the patsy fans crying in their cars. I didn't care that it was the Giants.

Typical Jets fan. Probably why you haven't won anything since 69 and probably won't any time soon. Karma.
