Moss was interviewed after the Monday night game, he mentioned how surprised he was to see Revis come back so quickly from the hammy injury. Moss stated it took him a bit more than 4 weeks to recover from the same type of injury.
blah, blah, blah...more diatribe from jetblue, the resident dr. of TGG. I said last week that hamstrings don't heal that quickly & all you did was ridicule. The way Revis played Monday night I guess you were right, he was COMPLETELY healed & excelled in playing the CB position.
no, I'm not saying he was healed and haven't claimed anything about his condition. I simply accept the decision made by those people who do know rather than behave like you, who on the other hand, is playing resident doctor and attempting to claim to know enough about his injury and condition to make a conclusion about whether he should play or not. I ridiculed you because your posts lack any semblance of intelligent thought, and this one only further validates that. how poorly must your brain function for you to not only not comprehend what I am saying, which in no way, shape or form even remotely resembles my making a conclusion about his health and thus I can't be playing resident TGG doctor, as you claim, but not realize you are, in fact, playing resident doctor by declaring whether he is or isn't healthy enough to play. well done. I really do not get any greater internet joy than when unintelligent people attempt to criticize others and in doing so actually end up the ones committing the behavior they are criticizing. I mean how dimwitted must someone be to commit such a folly? come on, man, have some pride.
Again more diatribe from the self proclaimed dr. of TGG, if you were not so pompous & obtuse you would have taken my previous statement about Revis with an open mind & accepted it but as usual you ridicule & profess to know more than someone else rather than to accept the possibility that the other person is correct. You made it a point of contention that Revis would be fully healed & ready to play @ 100% on Monday night when he said after Wednesdays practice that his hamstring was tight. All I said was that if his hamstring is tight on Wed evening then by Mon evening it will be highly improbable that he would be @ 100% (being that hamstring injuries are very delicate)...but as usual you had to go negative attempting to profess your intellectual prowess...on a fan forum...a word of advice, get out of your mothers basement & get a job, YOU, are a joke hahaha
No, I didn't say he would be completely healthy, I said it wasn't impossible that he would be. Again, it takes a lack on intellect not to comprehend that very simple difference. And you calling anyone a joke is the equivalent of the idiot who steps in dog shit and then walks around telling everyone it smells like shit. Go check out the responses to your brilliant thread about overlooking Denver if you doubt that.
That wording seems odd to me. I didn't think this was the type of injury that 'hurts'. If he said it was 'tight' or 'uncomfortable' I could accept that.
Why is everyone so worried? There has been nothing said all week suggesting that he reaggrevated the hamstring injury. Everything that has been talked about basically says the same thing. He was sore - just like Calvin Pace. He needs to play to get his legs under him even if it's only in a part time role. He'll be fine. He was FINE in that game until late in the 3rd quarter and then it looked like he just had dead legs. I just rewatched what the DVR managed to record.
This bickering is embarrassing. Its over perhaps the dumbest difference of opinion I have ever seen. Yes hamstrings are delicate and should be handled with care (ahem, see Jose Reyes). And yes, it is not totally outside the realm of possibility that somebody could have the ability to, umm, RECOVER from a hamstring pull pretty quickly. You are both right in what you are saying, yet you are finding a reason to bicker like a married couple. Stop this nonsense. Plus, you can only claim to be TGG resident doctor if you actually are a doctor (ahem, me).
Well ... I said it before the Vikings game and I'm saying it now ... JUST SIT THE F#$K OUT!!! This really is ridiculous ... you don't need to be a doctor, or an NFL expert to see that the guy #1 couldn't cover ... and #2 was getting pushed around like a girl out there. Really ... what is the point in playing if you can't play??? I can't believe Rex is making him take the flight. Just let the goddamn guy get healthy so maybe we can finally play in a F#$KING Superbowl after 50 years! What's the big dilemma??? DAMN! I'm saying it right now --- GARUNTEED ... if he plays this week we won't see him again until after the GB game. See if I don't turn out to be right.
Could be that the team doctors said he was fine and his performance lacked from being out of shape. Maybe Rex wants Revis to be with the team to keep him working out and in-check. Like he said in the presser, 'it's not vacation time'. Just speculating.
I think revis is bull shitty us. Did anybody notice how high he jump on d-low in the end zone after he return that int for a td? He only hurt when he gets beat.
a guarantee is irrelevant unless you have something at stake. if not, who gives a fuck, if you are wrong what happens. how about this, if you are so confident in your proclamation, if you are wrong you never post on TGG ever again? if you aren't willing to risk that, you clearly aren't that confident in your assertion.
He was obviously in a hurry to practise yesterday, apparently got a speeding ticket. Especially daft after speaking out against Braylon's actions. Not a big deal, right enough.
I guess you missed the first half of the game where he looked fine. He was tired when you saw him not being able to cover and getting pushed around. I suppose we should baby Calvin Pace back too, I mean he was also very sore after coming back from injury.
