I'm going to the Jets @ Lions games on Nov. 7th. I've been to numerous road Jets games and the one thing of advice I can give you is have fun. I've seen them lose and win and the road and nothing beats getting yelled at the whole game.
So who's heading to Invesco for the game on Sunday? I'm in section 129, but meeting up with a bunch of Bronco fans at Brooklyn's before the game. I will be there sec. 230 flying out of Tucson on Saturday morning and going to the game with my brother in-law who is a huge broncos fan. No plans for pre-game as of yet only the second time seeing the Jets live and I am so pumped up.
Holy shit, I was at that same game! My wife bought me tickets for my Birthday. It was my first Jet game ever. I mostly remember Boomer's pick 6 and how things quickly unraveled after that. Pretty miserable experience walking out of that game with 50,000 obnoxious Pats fans. I think that was the first game after the infamous "fake spike" game and it was the beginning of the end of the Pete Carroll era.
Ford Field is pretty sweet. I went there last year for the Final 4. Our Spartans put a beating on UConn! :beer:
I was going to look into getting tickets for the Broncos game. Does anyone have tickets they're looking to get rid of at this point? Just need 1.
I'm headed out there. 515 row 14. Weather forecast looks great, heading out to Black Hawk on Sat for some gambling. Should be fun. If anyone has a tailgate plan in place or any advice as to location, I'm all ears. We're hoping to get out there nice and early.
Thanks. I replied via PM, but there was a glitch in the application. I got a ticket from my buddy. I'll be in Sect 320, Row 7. Broncos/Denver are planning a "Wear Orange to the Game" day, and the Broncos will be wearing their orange jerseys. "Here come the Jets, baby."
So here is the question. If a Jets fan was cruising around the lot before the game and wondered upon a Jets tailgate would said Jets fan be able to hang out and drink some beers? Should said Jets fan bring some brews to share? Is it rude to show up and hang out? Then the killer..... I will be with a broncos fan. I have never tailgated so input from some seasoned tailgate vets would be much appreciated. Leaving tomorrow morning out of Tucson please share some wisdom about tailgate manners. Thanks.
