this storm was illllllllll. was drivin after class by rutgers new brunswick and i got caught in hail which lasted for a good 10 minutes. at least the field is dry, according to kolber
I would like to go on record saying - THANK GOODNESS I DIDN'T PAY A PSL THIS SEASON. My Livingroom is SO comfortable.
That was without a doubt the sickest rain I've sat in at a game. Not like the Colts sleet game many moons ago, just a driving downpour. I thought waves were crashing down on us. Props to all my fellow Jet fans who held their ground. And thank god I caught the 1:11 to long island or I would be miserable!!! Ha

Tony Dungy would not approve He was cursing Favre nonstop for about 10 minutes after the Lowery interception. "Retire, Favre. Go raise pigs. You prick bastard. You fuck." He also managed to sneak in a comment about the Vikings "faggot helmets." My father was begging the Jets to "knock him out" in the waning moments.
Does the user reporting this thread as false news and requesting a ban mean that the reporter posted a false report, thus false news, and should be banned? I say let the mob decide.
It's ridiculous, in all my years going to games we had one lightning dealy back in 1996 vs. the Colts and now this year in 2 of our 3 home games we have lightning delays and of course they are night games ensuring we get home and to sleep even later than we would b/c of stupid Monday Night Football.
Yeah that was seriously a down pour but it seemed like all of us true fans hung in there, I'm just so glad it wasn't cold or it could've been bad
The concourses are still pretty tiny as they don't go all the way around like at the old place. I think a blind man designed that Stadium, it's outrageous that is cost so much money and is such a terrible Stadium.
There was a 40 degree difference in temperature. That, and the whole Jets winning deal, made this game much better.
I was protected by the overhang 2 years ago so this was much worse. I was drenched last night. It was as if someone was pouring buckets of ice cold water over my head. It was awful.
The Denver game was much worse I sat upper deck for both but in Denver I was freezing, no one sat down cuz it was too cold, you could barely walk and they had carts of hot chocolate set up outside for everyone, by far the worst game weather wise Ive ever been at. Last night sucked but it was at least bearable as long as u understood u were getting soaked. BTW what asshole designed the stadium so the walkways you stand there and get soaked there was no cover whatsoever.
Denver game was brutal because it was cold. Last night it was just a lot of rain. Lots and lots of rain.. I mean a lot of freaking rain. There was lightning and it was awesome.
My thoughts too, that Denver game was miserable because of the cold and rain together. One or the other is liveable, like last night. The concourse upstairs was absolutely impossible to walk through while people couldn't go to their seats, you were just stuck in a mass of humanity. The lightnng came back in the second half but they didn't stop the game or evacuate the seats, which I didn't understand but was happy about.
