All good here folks, you have to pre-plan for this kind of shit. I too have to be up at 4am and on the job at 5am, but this is what I do for MNF. Home by 2:00 pm take care of any issues that need my attention until 4:00 pm . In to the Man cave by 4:30 and a good long Nap till 7:30, late dinner at 8:00 or later depending on the situation... An most important item of all,,,,,,,,,,, Take the day off work Tuesday as a personal day and sleep late,8:00 am. Then if it's a win bask in the glory of all the press and Mike and Mile in the morning . An if we lose I won't have to deal with all the assholes coming up to me and asking" how about those Jets" . Then by the end of the day I am over it and no one has to deal with my anger......
