That was the officials evening out the previous weeks travesty. At some point this season, we should get handed a game by the officials that we did not deserve to win.
the steelers with charlie batch should be beaten by an "elite" team ... no more impressive than beating the pats or phins, imo
He can still have that anti-Jets attitude all season long, it shows how much he knows about football. Remember went he ripped Ryan a new asshole for like going 9-7 last year and how TERRABLE they were? He's such an idiot...
I turned it on at the very end but I heard Francesa kill Revis. He said something about Revis holding his hamstring after Moss beating him and these comments make him look bad. Funny because I don't remember him once criticizing a Giants player last week for saying they should have won the game but played stupid.
I basically agree with what he said about Revis trashing Moss again. What good does it do to say he slacked off in the second half when; 1) You're playing him Monday 2) The last time you faced him he beat you badly. 3) You spent the whole second half on the training table 4) Cromartie had been given credit for doing a good job shutting him out in the 2nd half and then Revis comes in and says that it wasn't good defense, but Moss slacking off. What good can come out of making comments like that?
Wonder what Fatcessa will say about this --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The son of former Giants legend Phil Simms was "like a zombie" and reeked of pot when he was pulled over after making a "wild turn," a city cop testified Thursday. "It was coming from his breath," said Officer Francisco Acosta. "I had a headache. Even my tongue got numb." Chris Simms, 29, pleaded not guilty to driving while stoned at Thursday's pre-trial hearing. Acosta busted Simms, a former quarterback for the Buccaneers, in the early morning hours on July 1 after seeing his "wild turn" on W. Houston St. and stopping him at a checkpoint. "He was like a zombie, like a slow motion type of person," Acosta said Riding shotgun was Simms' wife Danielle, who was eight months pregnant at the time. Acosta testified that before Simms, who was recently cut from the Tennessee Titans, refused to take urine or coordination tests, he told him that there was no more pot in his car. "I smoked everything before," Acosta said Simms declared. "He told me that he had four puffs." Simms could face up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted of driving while impaired and driving while impaired on drugs. Because he refused to submit to drug testing, his license has been suspended. Manhattan prosecutors say they are confident they can nail Simms based on his incriminating statements and the officer's testimony and observations. Revis talking is pointless but he could have meant that in the second half cro shut him down and broke his spirit causing him to shut it down. You know after that TD to end the first half he was pumped, but Cro put him in his place. But unless he is 100% lining up on Monday he should just stay quiet
Phil Simms should be suspended from doing CBS games for the next few weeks. His pregnant wife was in same car as his impaired son. I mean, what is Phil thinking? Just like Braylon saw Donte Stallworth the night he killed the guy. If it's Braylon's fault then it's Phils too.
Cops are just used to lying and getting away with it that's all... Simms has a good shot at beating this
Weed is Illegal Alcohol isn't Both are illegal when driving. Braylon was stopped for tints Simms was stopped for a dangerous move on a street. Braylon had teamates in the car Simms had his expecting wife.... ...either way, they're both stupid but IMO, Simms' is worse. I wanna hear this spin...
Love to hear what Fatty has to say about his butt boy Phil Simms' son driving high with his pregnant wife in the car.
He's say it didn't happen in NY, so it's not a big deal. Of course he just wants to protect one of his "classy" Giant idols. Remember, he just said that DWIs in North Carolina "are not a big deal like DWIs in NY."
In 2004 we beat the Chargers but it didn't count because they "weren't a good team at the beginning of the season".
I love it when fat losers on the radio pretend that they are in a position to tell future HOF players how to handle themselves w/respect to playing football. Only an assclown would waste their time fretting over what franchesca, carton or beningo has to say. how many games have they played in the NFL?
The Fat man has backed off talking football while the Yanks are playing and the Jets are winning. If the Jets were 1-3, you would hear more Football, but he knows that right now the Jets are a top team and the Giants are average at best. If I was not a Yankee fan, I would root for them to go down and the Giants to lose and lose so all that's left in NY is the NYJ. Then, he would have nobody to interview or talk about except the loser Giants and the Mets search. BORING. 1050 will take over if this happends. I guess we will have to wait till the end of the World Series for that to occur. GO YANKS
That week pissed me off more than anything. We beat the Chargers earlier in the season, and the analysts act as if we had no business going down to San Diego. Morons.
