I traded: Romo, Nicks, and Roddy White for Big Ben and Miles Austin then picked up Bess

My team in result would look like this:

    QB: Big Ben
    RB: Chris Johnson
    RB: LT
    RB/WR: J.Charles
    WR: Austin
    WR: Collie
    TE: Gates
    D/ST: Jets
    K: Mason Crosby

    Bench:
    WR: Lance Moore
    WR: S. Holmes
    QB: Matt Ryan
K: Matt Bryant ( Picked him up for Cleveland game)
    D/ST: Saints
    WR: Louis Murphy
    WR: D. Bess

Im currently 4-0 in my league but feeling a little shaky any advice and was this a bad trade? I feel like I may need another RB but not too many out there.

You are taking on a monumental risk with Ben. Romo could break out out any second with his weapons.

both of those receivers are arguably as good as austin, and i dont really see big ben as an upgrade over romo

I just feel like with the way the Steelers offense is clicking already with someone like Batch . Ben could come in and put in 10 times the production and with that D the offense will have the ball more often then Romo and I just feel like if you look at both schedules Ben could become alot more valuable with them having to still play teams like Cle (2), Oak, Car, Buf, and Cin (2) .

Also White i hated trading but Nicks I think will draw all the 1# corners and production will go down. Plus I already have Collie , Holmes, Moore, Bess, and Murphy at WR who i think can provide real production.

Roddy and Miles are pretty much equal, and Ben is pretty much equal or almost a downgrade from Romo if you consider that it's only been 3 slow games for them and he still put up decent numbers. Plus Nicks is emerging as a top 15 receiever. Yeah, don't like the trade at all.

Edit: Nice team though, although your RB's timeshares could turn sour and you'd be screwed at any week.

Turn off auto log-on, make your password something really long and complex. Bam, can't type the whole password without fucking up when youre drunk, and youre team is beer goggles-proof.

Why'd you trade Nicks when he is killing it? I got him low in the draft and he's basically the only reason my team is competitive.

Pretty sure you can veto your own trade if it's a Yahoo league so don't forget to do that.

Without Nicks the trade looks about even.

Giving up Nicks for essentially nothing makes this a horrible trade.

White, Nicks, and Romo have huge weeks! At least Austin was sick too I guess...

Are you Matt Millen? Because this has shitty GM'ing written all over it. Wish I got offered a deal like that in my league. I'm getting in your league next year.

Yeah, that's a bad trade all right. You downgraded at QB. Got a BARELY better WR and gave up a good WR for nothing.
