Jets win 27-13 - Sanchez gets sacked twice. Plays another good game with 250+ yards, 2 TDs, 1 pick - LT is kept in check for most of the game and rushes for 65 yards on 15 odd carries. He gets 40 odd receiving yards off screens/quick passes. - Greene gets his shot and outplays LT. He also gets a TD - Santonio remains largely quite with 3 rec, 40 yards. - Braylon has a fine game yet again going for 70 yards and a TD - Keller gets a TD (hardly a surprise). He also gets 60 yards - Cotchery gets a few receptions but not a lot of yardage. - Favre throws a pick targeting Moss, who is shut down yet again by Cromartie. Maybe not zero receptions, but stays in check. Favre throws for 200 yards and throws two picks total. - AP gets 90 yards on the ground. Jets manage to keep him with in 100 yards. - Jets get three sacks on Favre. Harris, Ihedigbo and maybe JT with sacks.
I certainly hope you have a sense of Irony? Or you're really Nicholas Cage posting from a secret location....
I predict I will get absolutely fucking wrecked at the TGG tailgate, and boo lustily at the living fossil also known as Brett Favre
27-9 Jets. Favre throws 2 picks, 1 for 6 points - Revis baby!!! Favre fumbles in the red zone once. Jets will recover. 2 FGs. 1TD for SG. 1TD for LT - receiving. 1TD for Mark - receiving from brad smith.
then tavaris jackson will come in and lead the vikings to............ picking up the phone to call Brooks Bollinger because they forgot how horrible Tarvis Jackson was.
Folk with 3 TD's?? Can you explain that one? I forgot my original prediction, 27-10 Jets I think it was. Big game for Sanchez and Keller! Holmes being a unknown I think the Vikings will concentrate too much on him.
I honestly don't think Holmes will do much, mostly a decoy, while they work on reintegrating him back into the offense. Offense will still move the ball, but this week it will be key to turn our redzone opportunities into TD's instead of Fg's. Also this is the week I think our defense starts its return to form. It won't be smothering and it wont be dominant, but it will be very good and it will frustrate Favre into a making some mistakes. Next week we return to a dominant defensive form and begin smothering opposing offenses like we did last year.
