No response to an email or phone call. That's just wonderful.

Yes, it seems that the personnel they have in the parking lots leave much to be desired. But the Jets hired them knowing they're not exactly Rhodes Scholars, so the least the Jets could do is brief these people properly (and redundantly, until it sinks in). And they need to be briefed by people who actually know WTF they are talking about to begin with.

I don't know if it's the people they've hired or the complete lack of organization at upper and mid-level management.... probably a combination. There are some things that can improve with better management (responding to calls and emails might be a good start), but in the end, much is wrong with the overall design of the stadium and surrounding parking areas, making for some things that cannot and never will be improved upon, unfortunately. You can't snap your fingers and make Rte 120 move, for example, or change access roads very easily, or change escalator configurations in a building that was clearly designed with upscale amenities as a number one priority and everything else as secondary or terciary.

Is this a serious question? Worst upper deck seats in the league. If you're not sitting in the lower half of the stadium you need bincoculars

    Horrible!

I have 4th row and I had 5th row in the previous stadium. I was SHOCKED at how much further back and up I was as compared to old meadowlands.

I also made the mistake of not taking the escalator. Do not walk up the ramps! You have to walk up at least 10 ramps. Even the escalators suck as you have to walk all the way around to go from 1 escalator to the next.

The person who designed this stadium is a total idiot.

Ramps? Do the ramps go up to the uppers? There are stairways which are a great option when leaving the stadium.

Use the escalator up, stairways down.

I did a private tour back in July, walked to the UD and thought to myself, there can be only one reason this ramp is this insanely long: sober you the f*** up. Honestly, it is the most retarded design ever. No one making millions to design a "state-of-the-art" stadium could possibly think this was reasonable. There must have been some ulterior motive.

Anyway, makes me a little happier I bought LLEZ.

    Ulterior motive.

And unlike Gillette or Bank of America, where you have no other choice...the ramps in NMS are not designed for going up (but I suppose you can if you want/need the exercise).

The ramps...and stairs..are designed for going down.

    As others have said...
    Escalators up...stairs down.

Explanation: Ulterior, in this context, means hidden. Alterior, on the other hand, is not a word. If it were, however, it probably would mean something like alternate. Which is probably where the confusion comes from — people thinking that saying someone has “an alterior motive” means they have a different motive from the one they claim.

PH: I'm not sure why you are directing this response at me.
I know what the word ulterior means..I'm the one who used it.

    He wrote "anterior"....

    no one wrote "alterior"..until now.

I was backing you up man. I only read where he bolded your spelling of "ulterior" and then posted "spellcheck".

Relax yourself. I was simply backing you up.

    Gawd...

Looked to me as if he was saying you had spelled "ulterior" incorrectly and should have spelled it "alterior" as some people do spell it.

Why did I get myself involved here?

Okay, let me get this straight. You come here and ask the question, "How are the upper level seats at the new stadium?" It's either a ridiculously naive question or a baited one. There are posts ad nauseum here about UD seats, but still you need to know.

So someone takes the time to answer you and then you state, "I really can't wrap my head around spending a 100 bucks on row 26 UD seats that are the worst in the league." When PH responds by saying, "Then don't do it," now he's a fag.

Care to clarify your position or are you just a bored, trolling, adolescent moron looking to call people immature, Beavis/Butthead-like names? Well which is it, son?
