I needed to be more clear.

Randy Moss did drop the sure TD, but how many targets did he receive after that? None.

Belichick wasn't sabotaging his team. His team absolutely destroyed Miami in the second half and Tom Brady didn't even look at Moss once. In my opinion, Belichick was making a statement: they don't need Randy Moss to put up points.

Moss didn't get the stats, but he was getting a lot of attention the whole game.

..which gave the Wayne Chrebet's more space underneath.

Randy Moss is a dangerous player. He'll always receive extra attention from defensive coordinators.

He was double and triple covered in Oakland when he had the trash of the league throwing him passes.

Are you more afraid of Brady throwing to Moss or Farve? Brady scares me more, I hope it happens.

    How about this perspective?

Patriots trade Randy Moss to the Vikings for a 3rd round pick.

The patriots trade the vikings 3rd round pick and their own 2nd round pick for

    Vincent Jackson

    Seems to make sense

The Jets can handle the Vikes with Moss, I hope this happens. Im not saying its gonna destroy the patriots, but besides draft picks they may recieve i dont see this move helping them.

    Why is it that ludicrous?

The pats get a younger big explosive receiver who they were rumored to be targeting.

I'm not saying its going to happen, but I don't think its that unrealistic either. Moss seems like he has really worn out his welcome.

Obviously Brady, plus Moss would be out of the division (and conference).

There isn't a snowball's chance in hell it's for Jared Allen. It's going to be for a 1st rounder and a conditional in 2012, IMO.

IF they get anything higher than a 4th round pick for Moss I'm going to be pissed.

pats may send moss back to minn?

This is a smart move by the pats. Obviously, they aren't willing to give moss the contract he's looking for. After the moss grumblings and press conference I had a feeling something was up. Randy's confidence after talking to Bill saying 'we had a man to man talk and everythings good' hints that they were working with him on getting him the opportunity if he kept his mouth shut.

Correct me if I'm wrong here but moss is a free agent after this season and will walk without any compensation for the pats. Might as well get picks/players while you can.

    Bill Simmons.
    What a Masshole.

The irony is, I'm watching the '4 Days in October' 30 for 30 and there he is...yukking it up in typical Massole fashion, when I found this story about how he doesn't know how to use twitter.
I call Hornet. I say the Masshole in him is arrogant and wanted to break this story ' accidentally.' I hope it ends up Cowlishaw-rrific.

I hate Massholes. I like plenty of people from Massachusetts but I hate Massholes.
And Bill Simmons is a smug Masshole.

Santonio Holmes and Randy Moss making debuts on Monday Night

Favre coming back to face the Jets and Sanchez.

ESPN must be having a company wide circle jerk right now.

Good. It'll make the Minny game tougher, but getting this guy out of our division would be good. Who the fuck are the Pats going to plug in at WR2? Woodhead? LOL
