Would of been very odd, but still very happy we got Sanchez. Imagine Favre on this team? Our defense would be out there all day.

The team would have made the playoffs anyway.

I'd rather not think about horrible things like that.

After watching Kellen Clemens in the TB game last year, I can see why he'd want Favre back

All that makes me think. "Thank God we drafted Sanchez" I don't think I could have handled another year of favre.

    Either
    A) Favre wouldn't have played because the Jets held his rights and had the cap space to hold onto him (correct me if i'm wrong)
    or
    B) 2009 Favre was pretty damn good

The Sanchez trade was so clutch, it's not even funny.

I think even if Cleveland wanted more than what the Jets offered (i.e 2010 picks) the Jets would have made a deal. Sanchez was Rex and Tanny's guy

Well, if you believe Peter King's account of the trade, it was a very tenuous situation and easily could have not happened. But it's so awesome that it did.

i remember when it happened. i went to my friends house for a draft party i arrived at the 4th overall pick and figured i had plenty of time before the jets picked. i went inside to grab a beer and on the TV as i walked in it flashed that the jets were now on the clock with the 5th overall pick, i swear i almost got a woody lol

Thank God, too, because Bradford is the only QB I would have wanted on this team from this class.

Here here, Bradford is going to be special. I really like Jimmy Clauson too.
