What did Rex mean when he said, "We'll send him back to baltimore." During his post conference when talking about Trevor Pryce. I didn't see the game.
He made a veiled reference to certain "slapdick" posters on the ganggreen.com who start threads about every comment he makes.
Yeah, why would you take such a comment so seriously? Why would Baltimore want him back since they just released him?
Ofcourse you can't send him back. DUH. I know Pryce had to do something great or silly for Rex to say that. I wanted to know which one was it.
He was talking about the need to reduce penalties and that the Jets had 4 for 30 yards. Pryce had an offsides penalty so he said something along the lines of I guess we'll have to send him back. Then he said that he only practiced with the team one day and that he expects great things from him and that he's the best inside pass rusher in the league. The send him back comment was clearly sarcasm.
it ws just rex being rex. eveyr press conference he has a few good one liner jokes. like blaming kerry rhodes for our pass defense this season (even though he isn't a jet anymore) or saying that hou should cut andre johnson last year. Rex always cracks jokes which is why his pressers are fun to watch
