    His numbers in the first qtr of the season:

    Comp-Att: 60-103 = 58.3% ---> 24th in the leauge
    Attempts per game: 25.8 ---> 26th

    Yards: 711 ---> 20th
    Avg Yards per throw: 6.9 ---> 16th
    Avg Yards per game: 177.8 ---> 25th

    TD: 8 ---> tied 2nd
    INT: 0 ---> tied 1st
    Rating: 105.3 ---> 5th

    Interesting:

    - Only Qbs to throw 8 or more TDs are P. Manning (9), Brady, Rodgers and Sanchez.

    - Only players to throw 0 INTs are P. Manning, Vick and Sanchez.

    - Only Qbs with a rating higher than 100 are (in order) P. Manning, Vick, Cutler, Brady, Sanchez, Brees.

    WILL UPDATE AT THE END OF WK 4

    what sanchez has done is impressive but his yards are a bit skewed cus of week 1 and this week we didnt need him to pick us up like against miami and the pats because unlike the saints chargers colts and pats we have a balanced offense and an awesome run game to go with a solid passing game.

    His completion percentage isn't terribly high but that 10-21 outing against the Ravens didn't help. Quite frankly the number that I'm most interested in now and going forward is INTs. And Manning threw a pick today so it's just Sanchez and Vick w/o an INT rite now...who would've thought that'd be the case going into the season?

    I'm surprised that a 58.3 completion percentage is only good for 24th.

    Peyton had an interception today, and Vick has only played in 3 games total.

    He's definitely up there with some elite names though, hopefully he can keep it up.

    Not all of today's games are in the stats yet.

    Cutler's numbers could change too tonight.

    He must be leading the league by a wide margin in Touchdown's per passing attempt.

    (Outside of Brad Smith, of course)

    Same with Eli (Cutler with 6 TDs, Manning with 5)

    I was just specifying Cutler since he is currently ahead of Sanchez in QB rating.

    That could drop.

    Not surprised.

    Look at all of the work he put in during the offseason. Its paying off.

    BTW, notice how Schotty tried to fuck up the flow of the game with bombs down the field in cold, rainy conditions in fucking Buffalo?

    Sanchez put an end to that quickly. Sanchez should get Schotty a HC gig somewhere, and we'll see how that offense is run.

    Keller is also leading the league in TD catches.

    Tomlinson and Greene are both in top 16 rushing.

    Tomlinson is way up there in YPC. Probably top 2-3.

    Those play calls didn't help the completion %.

    what I like are the low yardage, the low number of attempts and the high rating and high TD numbers. Shows me we're being super super super super efficient. Works for me.

    no they didn't, and I started to get annoyed at Schotty because he was turning into Cutesy again.

    I just don't get what the deal is. Its raining, its cold. Why air it out? The Bills can't stop a nose bleed. Thankfully Sanchez is a leader who understands the offense and communicated with Schotty on what works better.
