Certainly does look like the Eagles are going to lose. Could this day have gone any worse for the Eagles if they lose? -They lose to McNabb -Vick gets hurt -Kolb doesn't exactly light up the scoreboard -They lose a conference game They are going to be some sick puppies tomorrow. And the fans there will be calling for everyone's head. Awesome!
Less...Manning puts the Colts on his shoulders and runs with the team...he IS the team...they lose him and their defense is exposed by being on the field for a greater deal of time and the majority of their receivers transform from game breakers to average-or-less.
So I am in this thousand dollar suicide pool and picked the Colts on Thursday and for some reason elected to change to Atlanta this morning about an hour before kickoff. I should have lost that Falcons game but I can't believe how lucky I was today. (for the record I won it last year so I've nailed about 17 weeks in a row)
Look at how we absolutely destroyed them with Painter last year, they lose Manning and I am convinced they don't win a game.
The Colts defense, especially against the run is terrible. If the Jets meet the Colts again in the playoffs, things could be very different.
