He was leading the Giants in sacks with 4, so this doesn't make their chances of turning their season around any better. He won't play this week, and there is no timetable for his return. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/story/14053917/giants-kiwanuka-to-miss-game-against-bears
Well the Jets have survived with their top 2 out and one other in the top 5.......... This should tell how the rest of their season will go. My guess is thy will fold like a cheap suit.
Yes, and it ended his career, although of course we don't know the relative seriousness of the two injuries.
that sucks for the Giants. Osi is all fucked up too..he should of had surgery before the season, but didn't so he has to play with pain all year. shit. it's funny too..all my giants friends stop talking shit i just noticed.. i mean cmon the giants were top 5 team in the NFL! they squeeked out a win against one of the worst teams..the Panthers.
Jason Pierre Paul looks solid, so I think they're set. I still have zero faith in the Bears, so I predict a Giants win. Their fundamentals are still better than the Bears. Something's gotta give.
The funny thing about that (besides the obvious) is that all of those injured players are ancient history (Rodney Peete, Mike Mamula, Jeff Hostetler, etc.), and then you realize that one of them (Marc Brunell) is a current member of the Jets. He really is old.
Did anyone here actually have faith in the Bears? They were far from a legit 3-0, they had a LOT of breaks go their way to get to the point they did. They picked a bad night for their luck to end; Fewell's defensive scheme is starting to stick.
i did to be honest, but then i remembered the bears dont have their LT. I thought Cutler would figure out the defense, but lol the Giants fucking killed him.
