also why dont you buy a jersey monday from the jets shop and have it delivered to your hotel.shipping will be within the US so u will save on shipping.
or visit the jets home store in manhattan when you go to the city to watch the games on sunday

There's a Harold's in Edison too. That's where we usually go. I prefer the hot pastrami over the corned beef because it's a little leaner.

Here's the Pastrami and Turkey Combo in Edison. You can see how lean the pastrami is and the rye bread counter is unlimited. Like I say, you only order one platter for two guys, unless you want leftovers for later:

My mouth is watering over these pics. I may have to hit that place this weekend.

The female patron in the background, BTW, is considered ematiatingly underweight at Harold's. She is skin-and-bones compared to all the lard-asses that frequent the place. At $17.95 for the Hot Pastrami platter, I have seen 300-pounders polish the whole thing off themselves, with potato pancakes on the side and a "small" (HA!) slice of cheesecake (24 ounces) for dessert.

I am not kidding. You don't want to mess with the entire platter yourself unless you want to wind up waddling out like the rest. The only time my wife and I order our own platters is if she wants something other than Pastrami, and then we get our own and brown-bag the leftovers for Sunday lunch the next day.

If you're looking for a good fast-food type burger, there is a 5 Guys Burgers and Fries on Rt. 17N, just south of Paterson Plank Rd.

Good Bagel store/deli called Goldbergs on Rte 17 near 46 in that little shopping center with the liquor store. All kinds of sandwiches that you can take into the parking lot. Not Kosher. My friend got a Godfather with extra oil and vinegar. Thing was massive. I got Turkey on an everything bagel with swiss, lettuce, salt and pepper and mayo. Kids got chicken cutlets plain on roll. Everyone's was good.

    Food threads rule.
