Clearly it was very tough, Westerman had that very serious injury on the kick-off return. I wasn't sure he'd be able to make it through the night...
From Facebook: Dustin Keller Thanks for all the kind words about the game yesterday. Great game for the entire team. Long way to go though. That's just one small step.
Jets Related Twitter Posts Iggy, off topic but since the recent tapatalk update does quoting work for you?
Manish--- "TheJetsStream Watching the #Jets -#Dolphins tape: Shonn Greene took himself out after blow to left knee/quad from Jason Allen on run late in gm #nfl #nyj" Let the complaints begin... "Waahh, we shoulda kept TJ, waaah, we shoulda kept Leon. I told you he can't stay healthy." Does that about cover it so we don't need 50 pages on it?
If anyone, after seeing what LT has done, is still bitching about Thomas Jones they should just stop watching the Jets.
LT is washed up and won't amount to anything, we should have kept Jones. Madden has Jones at 89 and LT at 85, so theres the proof!
LOL- Yeah in nearly 20 more attempts TJ only has 9 more yards. Not even counting LT's 9 receptions for 60 yards. Oh shit wait, TJ has 2 for 6 yards. FML, why, why???
From desk of Amazing Randy Lange: Jets have 1 giveaway so far. Last time we had 1 turnover through first 3 games -1971.#jets http://twitter.com/mhigginsjets/status/25816179934
Anybody who doesn't realize the LT is in a completely different class than TJ just honestly shouldn't be watching the sport. Loved TJ for his toughness and consistency, but he can't hold a candle to what LT can do.
Yeah the one thing we all worried about was Shonn's durability and we did get a short sample set of Greene's skills. I wonder how it would've been if we kept TJ and had them has our two backs. (LT, TJ) but allso having a active Greene on the sidelines. Had Greene has another back in the mix and still drafted McKnight. We did go with 3 backs last year I know McKnight is technically our 3rd back but just thinking out load I guess.
