Before the Leon Washington fan club comes in this thread bitching about trading him, look at his stats. Washington's done all of his damage as a kick returner. You don't pay a kick returner Maurice Jones-Drew type money. He's a had a hell of special teams performance against San Diego, but our team made the smart move financially.
Let people be excited for him. It's great to see him have this kind of game after his injury, and he was always a fan favorite here.
