Actually Bill Parcells is the one who said that. Rex may have quoted him but I don't remember that. You continue to show your lack of understanding of the NFL by posting stats and records after 2 weeks.
So when is it ok to post stats, and records? All I have been hearing is how Miami has played 2 bad teams, and the Jets have played 2 strong teams? Tell me..... when are stats ok?
it will be proven this week either way. the only thing that can be drawn from the Fins two games is that your offense can't score many points against two 0-2 teams, and your defense has shut down two offenses that haven't scored in either of their games. so, the only intelligent deduction is that your defense wasn't the primary cause for your opponents offensive inability since neither could score against a second opponent, thus the cause is their own offensive inefficiency that you simply benefited from. same with your offense, couldn't score against the Bills or Vikings, and it isn't as if the Bills D looked great in week 2, so it isn't as if their defense was the cause of your poor offensive performances. on the other hand, our defense has looked good against both a poor offensive team and a great offensive team, so there is only one intelligent deduction -- the Jets defense is the cause of poor offensive performances. offensively we looked terrible against a good defense but great against a mediocre defense, so the Jets ability to score is not in doubt. but please, prove your case rather than simply claiming you can prove it. why waste the time with that comment if you had proof?
See. It's only ok to post stats on here if the Jets are in the better. But if people on here keep saying that the Jets are better in all aspects of the game, and I bring proof that there not....... its not ok? Typical! Yet another FAIL!!!!!!
statistics are only useful if you have a large enough pool to draw them from. and 2 weeks does not constitute that. you should probably understand statistics before touting them as your proof.
Sanchez threw for more touchdowns last week alone than the Dolphins have scored on offense the ENTIRE SEASON!
Why are you so quick to prove that the Dolphins are better BEFORE the game between the two teams is actually played? Can't you wait a few days?
Because we played the Bills, we know who the Bills are, and we played the Vikings. The team that lost by 5 to the super bowl champions, and they lost by 4 to us. Is it that hard for people to realize that maybe, just maybe the Vikings had a tough first 2 games?
Because the running game has been doing well, and we havent played a secondary as horrible as NE. But we did play one of the top 5 secondaries in Buffalo. Cant wait to see how Sanchize does against that secondary.
