Braylon Edwards Arrested for DWI

I'm blaming this shit on Revis... Edwards was probably so distraught over not having Revis for a week or two that he took to drowning his fears in a bottle. If Revis had been healthy and on the field in camp this sort of thing would never happen to the team!! :breakdance:

 

The league probably won't get him yet given the fact that two Dolphins have pending DWI charges and are still playing, but the team can suspend him now if they want to/feel it's necessary.

 

He will play this weekend. People were freaking out because the original thread title incorrectly said he'd be out Sunday. I don't see any reason to believe he won't play Sunday.

 

Joe Beningo Tweeted YESTERDAY something about Edwards arrested... He never replied when I asked.

The question is not by league suspension. The question is

"Will Rex send the team a message by benching Edwards, or is this game just too important and we're just too thin at WR for Rex to do anything about it?

This will be dropped to Reckless Driving with a fine when all is done. He'll lose his driving priviledges for 6 months and be done with it.

John Clayton said the league might not take any action until next year which I have no idea how it would take that long considering he has priors in the league.
