I really like our combo of LT and Greene. It's simple but it's really effective. Greene - North/south runner that bruises the defense and practically guarantees you 5 solid rushing yards every time he runs it. LT - Veteran scat back that still has some of his speed and elusiveness. Very effective out of the flats and on screens. Nose for the end zone as well. People were worried about the loss of Jones and Faneca but we'll be fine. I felt that Shonn Greene was Thomas Jones v.2.0 - new and improved. I'd rather have Greene having a bigger share and complimenting him with LT than going TJ/Greene/LW from last year. Using them appropriately will help this offense tremendously. We haven't had a game yet where the run has broken for 200+ yards but they're definitely capable of doing so. I loved the way the offense looked today, it was textbook. Well-balanced, efficient, move-the-sticks down the field and put it in the end zone. That second half performance was a f'n clinic fellas.
Are you referring to the visor he wears on his helmet? I could have sworn I saw the visor when he was standing on the sidelines for one play.

as much as i am happy to have LT here, why you gotta shit on T.J for he did his thing here worked his ass off and was a solid leader on and off the field
Yeah...but at least he isnt on line applying for social security with the Patriot running backs. Keep him around 10-13 carries a game and he will be fresh. Its a role he has adjusted to quite well...sixth man off the bench that provides a real spark. Never thought that would be the case but its happened.
He truly is pissed everyone has written him off. He may be the starter before too long at this rate. Great burst, good quick cuts. He looks sharp. But keep the platoon going with Greene, it is working well.
Been watching LT all preseason and these last 2 games, he's definitely playing with a huge chip on his shoulder, he's proving alot of people wrong. Im glad he's doing good and I hope he has a good rest of the season.
