Hahaha... I was remarking that every play he touched the ball he acted like it was the Super Bowl today... then I realized that for LT it probably was. I mean, how long did he wait to be on a team that kicks the Pats ass???
That time when he jump over the Lines was fucking awesome I was shocked he didn't drop the ball after he took 2 pretty big hits in mid air where he couldn't protect himself
I am pleasantly surprised by LT, I thought he would be effective, but he is kicking ass right now. Also he is so fired up and in love with playing for this team I don't even know how to quantify what his fire will do for this offense if he brings it each and every week. Also does anybody else feel like LT is playing on the more important drives, and it really felt like Greene was the change of pace guy today, instead of the other way around...
Anyone who was upset about adding L.T and letting Thomas Jones go was insane. Just look at what Thomas Jones did in 2007, then look what he did during 08 and 09 - It was obvious that Thomas Jones was a product of our offensive line, not the other way around. With L.T, we added a great back with amazing field vision, a back who can protect the QB in pass coverage, a back that we can send in motion, line up as a WR, and a back that can catch out of the backfield. #21 is a true offensive weapon that D's must account for. Behind our offensive line, it was obvious that L.T would enjoy plenty of success as long as he can stay healthy.
LT's play has been amazing thus far, but what I really love is the way he's been pumping up the crowd and team. It's contagious. Plus his visor looks fucking sick.
Way it Should Be LT is BACK!! :breakdance: He came through big for us on that fourth down conversion, virtually sealing the deal. Over 100 total yards, gotta wonder what he may be able to accomplish against weaker teams like the Bills. Should be fun watching him this year!

Exactly. Have him start and give Greene the load when he and the other Dlineman are tired. The tandem works really well.
This didn't surprise me. Look how good he was in the preseason. You can just tell proving the doubters wrong is driving the shit out of him.
It really doesn't matter who starts. They will both be used situationally and the hotter hand will be given more carries.
I always felt pretty good about the LT move and I am glad to see it paying off. I hope he can bring that type of energy to the field every game because he really helped keep the energy alive for the team yesterday. I don't see much of a difference between this LT and the LT on all those youtube videos.
