Sources say Jets All-Pro CB Darrelle Revis may see time shutting down Patriots WR Wes Welker

I've generally liked you/your posts and you don't seem like a douche, but today I hate you, your avatar, your signature, everything! :pats_suck:

I'll go back to respecting you tomorrow (unless the Jets lose, then Wednesday)

Cromartie would have a better chance covering Moss than Welker. I don't even know if Revis can cover Welker. Welker is good. I don't think we have anyone that matches up well to Welker other than a double team. Randy Moss won't beat the Jets, Welker, Faulk and the TE can. Don't have a good feeling about this game at all after watching Wilson and Cromartie against the Ravens. Just being honest. I hope I'm wrong.

i would feel better if revis and cromartie weren't banged up. anyhow, i think the jets defense will be good enough to get the team a win. it's a matter of whether or not the offense can show some life. that means shonn green running strong and sanchez making a few plays. sounds simple...

Been fun talking this week! I'm on the road the rest of the day (kids soccer, birthday party), so good luck Jets fans. Here's hoping it's as good a game as I think it'll be.

Just remember, the season isn't over for either team regardless of the outcome!

    Jet Fans:

I hate the Jets with a passion, but i have respect for every NFL team. I hope this is a great game and good luck today even though i feel the Patriots will come out on top. We have to many weapons on offense and our defense has improved since last year!

i'd agree. moss and welker will have their catches, but the key in scoring and moving the ball down field i think will lie with the TEs.

the pats will have a gameplan that no one is suspecting right now. Tate might have a big game or edelman.

the pats offense looked so good last week it's hard to imagine that they won't put up at least 20 points. on the other hand the jets offense looked so anemic it's hard to imagine that they would put up 20 points.

if the jets win this one then either their offense will surprise or the ball will have to bounce their way, maybe more than once...

If Brodney Pool is active today.....I believe he will be the difference. Eric smith is a beast against the run but I believe Pool is a major upgrade on passing downs.

Jay Glazer just reported that they're going to scale back sanchez even more today? WTF? Doesn't make sense.

Also incarcerated bob on Twitter said Rex won't hesitate to bench Mark if he gets off to a slow start. WTF

The only way Mark is benched is if he's injured or we are up by 40 in the 4th quarter.

....and how would Jay Glazer know that?

    It's all just bullshit.
