No, it's Fuck Ole Miss. Secondly, it's Fuck Houston Nutt. Third, it's Fuck Pete Boone. Fourth, it's Fuck the Mascot Bullshit and get back to Football. Fifth is why the FUCK did I move to ALABAMA representing the worst team in the SEC?
Clemson kicked the tying FG in OT, but it was ruled an illegal snap due to movement of the ball, and Clemson missed the second try. Auburn wins, 27-24 Arizona up 14-0 already
Arizona up 27-7 at the half Michigan State beat ND in overtime on a fake field goal. Punter throws the winning TD.
TP just got destroyed for Wake. Wish I could have seen the beginning of this game. Fuck ND-MSU. Missed two TDs for Owusu now that he's back.
That was the most gutsy call that I've ever seen...seriously. MSU, you can't say that Notre Dame sucks anymore. They played a hell of a game tonight too.
Hawkeyes get lucky with an Arizona muffed punt, which set them up in good field position and they got a TD. Then, on the ensuing drive, Foles throws a pick 6. 27-27 after Arizona blocks the XP.
Meanwhile, Andrew Luck leaves the Stanford game with 11 minutes left in the 3rd and a 55 - 10 lead over wake. His stats from 1 half + 4 minutes: 17/23 207 yds 4 TDs 69 yds rushing 1 TD
Luck (the best Texas HS QB of 2008) and Mallett (the best Texas HS QB of 2007) are going to be in a war all season to be the top QB selected. I'm still on the Luck train because he's more intelligent than Mallett and seems to have a better understanding of what it takes to be a complete QB, but the latter has impressed me quite a bit this year. Getting his first SEC road win was big, but even bigger would be slaying goliath in Fayetteville next Saturday.
It's definitely between those two. Jake Locker looks like Jevan Snead 2.0 so far this season. 4 of 20 for 78 yards and 2 INTs out of a pro-style offense is just sad.
I didn't see the game or the box score. I'll assume the Wildcats were the ones who were up 14-0 at one time.
pitt down 17-3 in 4th, but had momentum, forced a miami punt... and the returner muffs it Miami ball with 12 to play
Miami player picks off a pass while running out of bounds on a 4th and 2 really dumb, but it looks like they have this game in the bag.
Well I said in an earlier post on here that Miami's D would be much improved this year but to hold Pitt to 3 points at home is ridiculous. They have manhandled Pitt's OL all night and have completely shut down Dion Lewis. NJ's Ray Graham has looked better and been much more productive than Lewis. Give Pitt a ton of credit for having Utah and Miami so early in the year as OOC games. However this very poor showing doesn't help the Big East's national image at all.
