I think you'll get a much better understanding of what Schotty said by listening to the full press conference. This doesn't mean I'm excusing Schotty for his inadequacies, but everything he said during the press conference was fine. These quotes are a little bit misleading.

I listened to the whole thing. It was misleading, and when he wanted the 3rd and 2 playcall back, that intrigued me. That play might have worked if HOFer Ray Lewis didn't blow the play up. Lewis is just so good he knew how to beat that play. 15 years and he hasn't lost it. Amazing. Listening to Schotty in that PC, I get why a FO would love him and want him as a HC. I see their side of that equation. But I think he shits the bed on gamedays and has a philosophy I'd never use because of my style of football that I would call, which is Rex's style of offense.
