I was shocked to see even Schefter pick us. Honestly, with the way we played and the way NE played last week, it's really hard to pick us in this game. Can't really blame them.
Cromartie looked so sloppy Monday night. It didn't make me feel confident at all. He made a good play on the INT, but the rest of the night he was grabbing and flopping all over the place. Wilson looked like a rookie CB. I didn't expect him to light the word on fire. He'll get better about finding the ball. I'd almost rather see Wilson on Welker than Cromartie because I think he can keep up with Welker better initially. Cromartie is good at making up ground, but Welker will already have the ball by then. Its going to be tough regardless. If the offense doesn't put any points on the board, it won't matter anyway.
Cromartie play so so but that interception would have looked ALOT better if greene didnt fumble it. We probably would have went up 9-0 or 13-0 and the ravens would have been history.

On offense the Jets will need to be aggressive, confident and precise, while the defense must be disciplined and focused. Cornerback Dwight Lowery loves that Jets fans will bring their “A” game but knows the guys on the field have to do the same. “We have to take advantage of our fans and we need to create a real homefield advantage,” Lowery said. “It’s not just the fans, it’s us winning football games, it’s us executing and us doing what we need to do to win the game. The fans are doing their part. Now it’s up to us for the players to be out on the field and execute and win.”
I agree with bojannglesman. I think I'd try Wilson on Welker to start. I don't want to watch Cromartie play catchup with Welker all day. He may catch up to him every time, but Welker is such a sharp route runner, he'll get 10-15 a catch before he's caught from behind.
