just got on...but let me say for the folks that think bringing in fat albert to fill the void is a good idea. you need to have your heads examined. whoever thinks giving up a 2nd rd pick for that waste of space is a good idea your delusional. I live in the DC/MD/VA area and the folks here would be happy to get a 4th rd pick for him. they want him gone here like you wouldn't believe so no i don't think we should trade for him at all. I don't think bringing him in will help us at all. He's not as good as he used to be and worse he's a cancer in the locker room. We don't need that right now, we have too many problems as it is. We don't need to add another one.
they need to bring back marques douglas sure he is not great but he can play all over the line and we need depth id also sign charles grant but i doubt that happens
When Jenkins retires in the next couple of days we should add him to the coaching staff as assistant defensive line coach. Let him be in the locker room. He was a leader of this defense and could be valuable on the sidelines and in the locker room
I've been hearing that after Sunday's Redskins game the asking price for Haynesworth probably dropped to a 3rd or 4th rounder, of course that's just rumor at the moment but things are getting ugly in Washington. Not sure if Haynesworth would be worth the headaches, but I could see him enjoying Rex's system which isn't a straight 3-4 defense.
If we give Cleveland a 2nd for Rogers and Cromartie performs well enough to hit the draft pick escalator, won't the Jets have to give the Chargers a first for him? No thanks. I don't want Haynesworth anywhere near this team. He pissed and moaned in Washington about playing end in a 3-4, why bring him in to do the same?
