That's funny. Even I don't think that will happen. Your front 7 are pretty strong even without Jenkins, and you're fast off the edge. But everyone can call Cro on whoever, Revis on Moss, and Wilson on Tate, but you're discounting the two TE's and Faulk. You just don't have enough bodies to cover our hands. Should be interesting, though.
Well, I think it's going to be a tough game either way... at this point it means a little more to the Jets than it does to the Patriots, mostly because of the consequences of going 0-2 and being down two games in the division right out of the gate. I'm also thinking about the Patriots' road record last year, which was atrocious, and the fact that the Jets will have homefield... that was huge for them in '09. There's no line yet but wouldn't you expect the Jets to be favored by 3.5 or something in that neighborhood?
Game Plan : Pats vs Jets Pats fan ,i know must be a troll post , not exactly i think everyone puts way to much on the outcome of week 1 .I really think this is going to be a great game. Pats: keys to winning: Spread em out! -Pats will try and spread out the Jets D ,lessoning the chance of Jets able to load up one side of line for blitzes.Iso,Iso- Isolating Welker in the slot on Wilson and Hernandez on Leanord. These two will be the point of emphasis for the Pats Offense ,toss in a few runs and a few deep cookies to keep Moss in the game and this should be the plan. Jets:keys to winning: Ground and Pound: i know you guys love to hear that but truthfully the Patriots have a young quick D . They appear to be suspect to a power running game(hopefully i am wrong ) Lost and Found -Edwards and Keller must be utilized in the vertical game. The Patriots will put 8 in the box alot and dare Sanchez to throw deep ..... that being said i look for this to be a 3 point game either way would not suprise me ..
WTF? http://twitter.com/Adam_Schefter Maroney and a 6th for Denver's 4th? Maroney sucks, but that seems a bit weak.
Then he'll trade the 4th rounder for two 7ths in April. hmy: I wonder if he's just sending Maroney a parting message here. "Oh by the way... we just traded you for draft position. Denver's nice, you'll like it there. Say hi to Josh for me."
I would advise less bravado considering your team has not made it to the big game since Vietnam. Also, please note that the Super Bowl hightlights you mentioned we could be witnessed live by people not eligable for Social Security. "We played while your team did not"- You might want to debate that point with yourself. Let me know who loses that debate.
