Adalius Thomas made a visit to Jets. More to come: http://tinyurl.com/22lhdtq From twitter. I feel so bad for Jenkins. I know he's a LB but in Rex'a D running a offset 34 most of the time any addition would help.
Yeah this was before the Jenkins injury though. I feel like Thomas was brought in to provide depth in the event Pace needs another week or 2.
Slow down! First of all, wasn't Jenks out most of last year and the Jets were still number one on defense. The defense is solid even though mistakes were made. Secondly, you cannot give the opponent endless amounts of offensive plays and expect the defense to hold up. The emphasis should be on executing on offense, period.
Please. If you can't see that this team believes it's own hype and feels like all they need to do is show up to win then you're all drinking the Kool Aid. If you don't see the lack of dicipline you're blind.
This is actually a possibility. Things havent been working out for him in Cleveland. At one point, he was a goner. Maybe worth a 4th round draft pick?
Buy a dictionary, genius...or is it genious? Our defense forced turnovers and put the ball inside of our opponent's red zone TWICE and we only got 6 points out of it. This loss wasn't their fault, no matter how many dumb mistakes they made out there. The offense did a shitty job controlling the clock and our defense was out there too much. I don't give a damn how much talent is out there, a defense can't hold up for that long. Mark Sanchez was used like a piece in a shitty offensive system. He had no control because Schottenheimer didn't give him any. I truly believe those plays were designed dink-and-dunk plays. People can complain about the fucking check downs all they want - he protected the football, when he had it.
Oh I had read he was in town yesterday to presumably talk about joining the team today after week 1 was over. Guess that report was wrong or he's just still there finalizing some sort of deal. Hopefully Pace's injury isn't worse than originally reported.. but I think this will be all about depth and having some non-traditional defensive sets on the field with a lot of linebackers. Thomas is very versatile and played all over the field for Rex in Baltimore. Wouldn't have a problem with this signing at all.
The problem is bigger then what you just mentioned Penalties are the sign of a lack of discipline. If you want to bash me personally that's no skin of my ass but if you disagree with what someone says it can be done in a more mature fashion then calling my son ugly. IMO that is just out of line and childish, but whatever gets you hard dude.
The biggest problem here is that you posted a picture of your dog...I mean son...on an internet message board. The penalties on Kyle Wilson were a sign that he was getting consistently beat by veteran wideout. He was thrown into the fire and held his own for most of the game. In my opinion, your football knowledge is non-existent.
At this point just add depth to the D-line. I understand not wanting to go into "panic mode" but the D-line wasn't a position with much depth even before Jenks tore his knee in half.
If all else fails we can call in the Japanese mobs to exterminate all of the Miami Dolphins in week 3.. "Fuck-a you whale, and fuck-a you dolphin".
Now you're just being a dick. Time to back the fuck off the guy's kid. For someone who professes to be such a genius I would have expected a little more.
If you quoted one of my posts and talked bad about the player in my avatar, South Carolina cornerback Stephon Gilmore*, am I allowed to get upset about it? (*Contrary to popular belief, Stephon Gilmore is not my son.)
