    Maybe I don't understand the rule but if you grab a guy by the back of the shoulder pads and breaks the tackle it's not a horse collar? That's amazing, the intent is the same. Why should a guy not be penalized if the tackle gets broken?

    I think he thinks he needs to hit the upright for it to count. In his mind he is 0-3. Hasn't hit the upright once. He sucks. LOL
