If I was Revis at the end, I would've huddled up and said. "ALRIGHT! EVERYONE SHUT THE FUCK UP FOR A SECNOND!...I got some shit to say. I know a lot has been said over the past few weeks, but I'm back to win a fuckin' Super Bowl..." And then go on with the greatest speech of all time. Now that would've been an ending.
I think an injury to a RB of ours probably gets him in. But if McKnight at all plays and fumbles then I want him so far from the team. Chauncey has some speed and size...Just like Clowney, all that talent Mcknight has might get us nothing in the long run because he cant concentrate
I get it. It's just that my mind doesn't automatically shift into homo gear whenever I read the word "hard"...
or, once it clicks mcknight might become a superstar in the NFL. the reality is probably somewhere in between, and most likely that Mcknight will be a leon type, except a little bit bigger, and likely more durable (in terms of he could handle 100-150 carries in an NFL season, leon never had 100 carries in any one year for us) Will he be as explosive? depends on how much Mcknight cares to try and develop his skills
hard knocks was really enjoyable it gave us some great insight into the jets and how a nfl team operates i also dont think it really gave much away in terms of exposing the team like some people worried
Its never exposed a team. Its purpose is to follow the grind of TC for fringe players. The Jets are a different story because there are so many characters on this team, its not good TV to focus on the UDFAs and rookies. The previous ones focused on rookies for an large chunk of episodes.
I don't think they'll even begin to think about activating McKnight until he shows he can hold onto the ball. Of course, Chauncey had problems hanging on to the ball as well. He dropped two other balls on the ground that weren't lost fumbles. He'll stay inactive while they work on the problem, just like another back last year.
I agree with that, they will have Woodhead to fall back on in extreme circumstances since DW is listed as Cotch's backup at WR, they'll only have to dress 2 RBs and will have the luxury of having both Conner and TRich dressed as well, since Conner is a STs beast. I have a feeling that Rex is going to load up on the defensive backs for Monday night's active roster. They'll be trying to conserve spots.
I enjoyed it aside from the scenes of players getting cut, it is hard to see guys lose their dreams in that way - especially when there are so mnay players that have the talent to make it where they cant but are such utter douches.
I'm not buying it. Somehow..."Fourscore and Seven years ago" coming out of Revis doesn't get it for me.
yeah I feel bad for those guys. Especially guys like Larry Taylor - I mean 5'6" at WR the guy must have a heart of steel to have made it so far.
Anyone else think Chauncey Washington was being a dick to his wife and kid who were trying to show how proud of him they were? I mean the dude wouldn't even look at them for cryin out loud.
this has been discussed. The dude is on camera. You can see he is uncomfortable. He knows he's not making the 53 man roster, he is peeling those potatoes as if something was bothering him. I'm not surprised he wasn't acting normal. Most people seem to judge him on it. I think he was in a bad mood and really uncomfortable.
